DIRECTIONS:

From San Jose, Fremont, Santa Clara:
Hwy 280 or 101 to Hwy 880/17 South. From 17 S. take the CAMDEN AVE EXIT , TURN LEFT onto CAMDEN. Go to the 2nd traffic light and TURN RIGHT onto BASCOM AVE, go ½ mile No. 3880, 2 story office building on left.

From Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, Cupertino:
Hwy 85 South toward Los Gatos. Take the LOS GATOS BLVD/BASCOM AVE. EXIT, TURN LEFT onto BASCOM. About ½ mi on right, next to BASCOM DONUTS

From South San Jose, Morgan Hill:
Hwy 85 to the BASCOM AVE EXIT, TURN RIGHT onto BASCOM. Approx. ½ mi on right next to BASCOM DONUTS

From Los Gatos, Santa Cruz:
Hwy 17 to LARK AVE EXIT, TURN RIGHT onto Lark , then LEFT onto LOS GATOS BLVD (stay on this street- it changes names from Los Gatos Blvd to Bascom Ave.) @ 1 mile on the right next to BASCOM DONUTS

Parking is available on the street, in the parking lot around the building and in the parking garage under the building. For people who are uncomfortable with elevators or parking garages, enter through the main door in the front of the building and go up the stairs to the second floor. The stairway and offices on the second floor are open to an interior courtyard creating a very open and pleasant environment.

This office is wheelchair accessible. Use the elevator in the parking garage under the building to the second floor. Turn right out of the elevator to #212.

For your first appointment look for the signal light panel in the waiting room, push the red button next to Dr. Dufford’s name and leave the light on. Dr. Dufford will come greet you as close to your appointment time as possible. Thank you for your patience.
