Lilli Specter, BA, PhD Candidate, Behavioral Coach

Lili’s therapeutic work integrates evidence-based approaches—including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-Based practices—within a framework rooted in presence, compassion, and groundedness. She is dedicated to helping individuals reimagine their relationship to fear, reconnect with what matters most and thrive in their lives.

Lilli’s approach to care is also shaped by a wide range of healing expertise and experience. As a trained yoga teacher, she incorporates embodied awareness into her work, supporting clients in cultivating a deeper relationship with their bodies as allies and sources of wisdom and healing. She has facilitated group meditation and spiritual reflection through an Eckhart Tolle-based practice group, and has also volunteered in hospice care, offering compassionate presence to individuals and families during end-of-life transitions.

One of her budding passions is that she currently supports individuals in the field of psychedelic integration through her work at the Fireside Project Support Line. In this role, she helps people navigate expanded states of consciousness and integrate their experiences with intention and care, weaving insights into the fabric of their daily lives.

Across all dimensions of her work—clinical, somatic, and ecopsychological—Lilli is guided by the belief that healing emerges through right relationship with ourselves, one another, and the wider living world.
